Compassion is Kirsti's passion. Whether it be for all people or the environment, she believes in nurturing a sense of inclusivity and well-being. Kirsti gained her Resource and Environmental degree from the First Nations University of Canada, and later completed her massage therapy diploma at the Northern Institute of Massage Therapy.

She believes that we are more than just a sum of our parts, and that it is essential to see the forest and the trees. The source of the pain is not always the site of the pain, so the whole must be examined concurrently with the parts.

Lisa Groat

Lisa completed her 2200 hour Massage Therapy Diploma in Saskatoon, Sk. She is motivated by the process of helping her clients find relief from pain and discomfort to improve function and overall wellness. Whether it is treatment of an acute injury or a chronic condition, or some much needed self-care when life gets crazy, Lisa regards massage as a great tool to aid both the physical and mental self.

Rachael Branscombe

Rachael is a graduate of the 2,200 hour massage program at The Northern Institute of Massage Therapy. Rachael became a therapist to help people with their physical and emotional healing. Whether you need therapeutic work from a sports injury or a relaxation massage to de-stress, she will leave you feeling rejuvenated. 

Rachael offers therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, Lensen Therapy, relaxation massage, and prenatal massage. 

Lyn Flowers

Lyn Flowers is a Registered Massage Therapist certified in relaxation massage and therapeutic massage. Lyn became a massage therapist to help others. With a strong focus on wellness and a whole-body approach, Lyn helps her clients by bringing balance back into the body. She believes that when we tend to all parts, we heal the physical, emotional, and mental self.
